Proactive individual with enthusiasm and zeal to perform well independently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently coordinating with different departments to help complete the post-sale formalities.
Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner while addressing any queries.
Offer timely and adequate redressal of customer grievances, if any.
Understand and demonstrate the brand ideals/values in all dealings with our existing or prospective customers.
Convey complete and accurate project information to help customers make the best decision.
To handle customer communication on platforms and mediums (Calls, Email).
Provide resolution to queries within stipulated time.
Collect and maintain customer data.
Coordinating with various internal departments for customer-related queries.
Maintain process and procedure documents for this role
