Position: Customer Support Executive- US Based (Voice +Chat)
Salary Package: 35k to 45k
Experience: at least 1-5 yrs. into international process- (Voice + Chat)
Job Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi
Working Date and Hours: Monday Friday (7 PM to 5 AM) - Night
Gender: Male Only
Qualification: Any

Requirement:
Excellent Communication skills in English (Written/Verbal) are the foremost priority.
Must have experience in international voice+ Chat process
Good customer service skills
Prior experience in international BPO voice and chat process

Job Responsibilities:
To provide a seamless experience addressing customers and questions or issues over the Phone and Chat.
customer service representative usually communicates with an international client
Their work is to take calls and answer queries, answer via email as well.
They promote keep track of shipments to ensure that they will be delivered on time.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
