Urgent Hiring Of Estate Officer with 2-5 Yrs. Experience into Real Estate at Bathinda, Punjab

Position: Estate Officer

Experience: At least 2-4 yrs. into Real estate industry as a same work
Salary package: Up to 6 LPA
Job Location: Bathinda, Punjab

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of sales deed and issue of No objection certificate.
• Maintenance of files related to transfer / allotment of plots / flats / villas / shops etc. and all other post sale documents.
• Issue of bills towards maintenance to include charges towards sewerage, water, electricity and common area, maintenance.
• Responsible for reaching out to customers / residents to collect payment of bills and other payments.
• Conduct recovery procedure when outstanding dues identified.
• Collection of documents and maintenance of records thereof.

Candidate Profile-
• Excellent academic records with min qualification as graduate etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience of at least 2-5 years in the same field.
