Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts
Studying the market in the target country or countries
Familiar with FMCG industry
Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends
Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges
Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets
Have good networks with export Distributors
Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Sales track record.
Presentation+ Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviour competency to build relationships.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills- Confident, persuasive, with a 'Can do' attitude.
