Job Purpose:- The incumbent shall be responsible for setting up and managing the customer service division for product deployment solutions of XYZ. The products shall be from the category of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics & IoT
Improve customer experience by studying, evaluating & improving deployed solution at the customer site.
Developing and updating customer service procedures and policies to ensure customer retention.
To make After Sales Visits to customers at head office / sites to share best practices, conduct surveys to understand operation of the solution, evaluate existing deployment to ensure customer loyalty.
Delegating customer queries to the required resource and ensure logical conclusion to the queries as per agreed upon timelines.
Generating sales lead because of after sales activities.
Providing strategic inputs in terms of After Sales Service to annual goals by providing requirements, preparing annual budget, enforcing customer service audits.
To manage the entire customer service team including the customer service help-desk.
Note : Having Good Communication Skills with pleasing personality.
