If we mention HR consultancy ,clients slowed their hiring process within the month of March ,that time they weren't aware that it'll extend such a lot and eventually they freeze hiring in April first week thanks to increased cases . Few IT companies were giving the wants but there hiring process was very slow. Pending payments are on hold, no closures and no income. During this scenario we are forced to prevent our work.
Now question is what we will neutralize this situation? I even have mentioned some points, which can getting to help once situation improves:-

3) Be Positive, things are going to be fine and hiring are going to be fully fledge. As many companies laid off their employees and that they are going to be requiring people to figure once situation gets better.
4) Last but not the smallest amount Develop your skills .It are often recruitment, promoting your company online etc.
