Job Description for Accountant
Location: Bangalore
Job Designation: Account Assistant
Number of Positions: 1
Job Description:
Ø Maintaining Payment, Receipt, Petty cash registers & invoicing.
Ø Payment of Service tax & TDS quarterly.
Ø Bank Reconciliation & Data conversation in Tally 9.0
Ø Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Petty Cash, Journals & Expense entries in Tally.
Ø Maintaining all Bank transaction and other correspondence.
Ø Co-ordination with the clients and vendors for invoice and payments
Education Qualification:
B.COM/M.COM/BBM with at least 60% of marks
Experience Required:
Ø Six months to two years of experience in accounting and Tally 9.0
Skills:
§ Flair for research
§ Analytical frame of mind
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
§ Ability to write and think in impeccable English
§ Capable of working on own initiative as well as in a team environment. Excellent computer skills. Must be adept at operation /use of computer applications such as MS office, Internet application
§ Self-confidence, integrity, willingness to learn, resourcefulness as well as a proactive and independent approach
§ Must have sound academic credentials
