JOB DESCRIPTION - 10 Relationship Manager - Sales
Position  Relationship Manager

 Cluster Head / Branch Head

 None
Specific Responsibilities  Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading
 Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP
 Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online
and through cheques/RTGS.
 Ensuring Work on direct databases for activation /
reactivation / retention of clients.
 Responsible for Cross sell LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold – only
direct acquisitions (No distribution through remissers)

Key Performance Indicators  Revenue (Equity Broking-Online/Offline*+TPP Revenue)-
Qtr wise milestones(Rs) (40%)
 New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts - Qtr wise
milestones(No) (15%)
 Inactive clients activation-Qtr wise milestones(No) (15%)
 Margin Collection-Qtr wise milestones(No) (10%)
 Minimum TPP Revenue (LI/MY GOLD/SIP)-Qtr wise
milestones(No) (20%)
Internal  Dealer / CSE / Equity Advisor

 1- 3 years
Technical Competencies / Skills
NCFM Depository –Preferred
NCFM – Capital markets – Preferred
NCFM – Derivatives – Preferred
AMFI- Preferred
Personal Attributes  Good Interpersonal skills
 Good communication and convincing skills
 Sound knowledge of market.
 Fast learning ability
Formal Qualifications
 MBA with specialisation Finance and Marketing-
