Position Relationship Manager
Cluster Head / Branch Head
Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees )
Specific Responsibilities Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading
Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP
Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online
and through cheques/RTGS.
Ensuring Work on direct databases for activation /
reactivation / retention of clients.
Responsible for Cross sell LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold – only
direct acquisitions (No distribution through remissers)

Qtr wise milestones(Rs) (40%)
