The goal of the concierge is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience to increase the company’s reputation and ensure sustainable growth. The concierge is a key part to making the visit of patrons memorable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome customers upon entrance, confirm reservation, and disseminate information on band performance for the night.
Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
Attentively communicating with patrons visiting the outlet.
Understanding customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions
Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
Assist with the organization of on-site events, such as wedding and corporate bookings.
Job Holder’s Specifications
1.Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in 5-star hotel / restaurants
2.Non-Indian concierge (Eastern European Female preferred)
3.Ability to handle guest relations on the floor
4.Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
5.Excellent communication skills
6.Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
