Reporting Superior’s Title: General Manager

Coordinates with: Vendors and inter departments

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for running the department efficiently in line with brand standards, whilst meeting guest and owner expectations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage guest relations team (and Concierges) to ensure they comply with all standards and operating procedures.
• Coordinate and manage communication between patrons and staff and follow up to ensure all customer concerns are resolved.
• Provide upscale service experiences for guests throughout their visit.
• Establish friendly relationships with regular diners.
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Uphold discipline and grooming standards.
• Ensure guests are well looked after throughout their visit by checking in on them frequently.

Job Holder’s Specifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role locally
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Cheerful and enjoy interacting with people.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
